The true cost of riding fear can be so much more than you think
What is your fear really costing YOU? 🤔 It's possibly more than you think... When I was stuck in fear it cost me years. It cost me tears. It cost me love and money and more than that wasted learning and progress opportunities, that I can never get back. It cost me stress and frustration and disappointment. It strained my relationships because here I was so passionate about something, so invested and involved but too afraid to actually get on with it in a way that could positively do it justice.
And then I got sick of paying the price! And I went and did something about it. Something radical. I decided that absolutely NOTHING was going to get in the way of me destroying my stupid, sucky, unhelpful, useless fear (And there is a very big difference between useful and useless fear)! This journey led me to Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) and post NLP Stef is a very different version of me to pre-NLP Stef. So much so that I went and trained as an NLP practitioner so that I could help other riders just like old Stef to finally ditch fear and nerves in the saddle forever, just like I did. Here's a pic of me right at my fear-threshold back then... Riding my 'saddled-grenade' on my journey to overthrow my fear-lord. And I'm so happy to report that I have never felt this sucky again! 🙏🐴 So what's fear costing you? And are YOU done paying the price? If you ARE ready to ditch fear and nerves in the saddle forever, you can get started here Happy riding, Stef x
